Here's the on-line Registration Form for Rogue Paintball's Basic Sponsorship Program
Registration is free !! You must be registered, before this can take effect.
Rules and Regulations:
- All team members will abide by Rogue Paintball's code of ethics at all times while in competition or recreational play.
- Teams will abide by Rogue Paintball's code of ethics while not engaged in the sport of paintball.
- All members, at any time, of said team will be held accountable for any ethical violation as a team, not as an individual.
- Team members, their captain, and their constituents are responsible for maintaining at all times, Sportsmanship acceptable and defined by the Rogue Paintball code of ethics.
Penalties and Program Termination:
- Should at any time a team be found to be in violation of the Code of ethics set forth by this contract of sponsorship, said team will lose its ability to acquire sponsorship as set forth by this agreement.
- A team involved in a minor violation of this agreement will be suspended for at least a term of 4 units.
- A team found to have committed a gross violation, or breech of this agreement will be terminated, and released from this agreement. All accrued credits will be considered void.

Rogue Paintball reserves the right to terminate this program in part or as a whole at anytime.
Sponsorship Setup and Function:
- A team will consist of at least 2 participants, and may have any number of participants beyond that. Participants are not regulated by Rogue Paintball, with the exception of adherence to the Rogue Paintball code of ethics set forth by this agreement.
- Team members will be required to fill out the appropriate sign up registration form for this sponsoring agreement.
- Up to 2 members of the team will be designated by the team to be authorized to pick up team credit. At anytime, written authorization may be made by authorized individuals to allow for another member to pick up said credits. This must be done per instance.
- Teams may pick up all of or any part thereof of their accrued credit at anytime the Shop is open.
- Rogue Paintball reserves the right to substitute 1 credit for any other equally valuable credit of another type at anytime.
- The designated Team member authorized to pick up credits may inquire at anytime by phone or by email or in person the accrued credit to date by his / her team's due credits.
- Teams are not required to function as staff or related personnel of Rogue Paintball at any time to receive these benefits.
- Teams are not required to use the Rogue Paintball logo or name on any of its gear or advertising materials.
- A team can be suspended by evidence of breech of agreement, or by validation from field officials of ethical violations or gross misconduct or breech of rules. Suspensions will take the effect of units either being blocked from a team's ability to earn credits for a time, or by removing existing credits in balance with units suspended.
FUNCTION
- " Teams shall recommend business to the Rogue Paintball facility resulting in the purchase of equipment, sale of field fees, rentals fees, or in any other way a recommendation that creates income for Rogue Paintball.
- " For every $300.00 (1 unit) of gross income (non discounted or non tournament or charity event entry fees) generated by these referrals, Rogue Paintball will credit 1 case of REC paint (2000 rounds) to the team's account. This one case of paintballs will be from the rec level brand carried by Rogue Paintball. At anytime a team may choose to surrender 2 of it's paint credits to gain 1 case of either, mid or high level paint stocked by Rogue Paintball.
- " This paint credit can be used by a team at anytime, (subject to the restriction to which the shop is open for a team to pick up their paint credit). This paint can be taken by the authorized member(s), at which time the credit will be removed from their team's account.
- " Credits can accrue for a period of 1 year from date of signing, and all paint accrued for that year remaining on a valid team's account will be surrendered to that team at the end of the 1 year period.
- Teams are solely responsible for their referrals to Rogue Paintball. It is suggested that teams deliver to their referrals a card, stating the team's name. A customer of Rogue Paintball must at the time of purchase notify the cashier that they are their on behalf of a recommendation by a certain team.
- If a customer recommended does not at the time of purchase state their affiliation, no team credit will be given toward the acquisition of paint.
- Rogue Paintball will not accept customer's statements after the fact that their previous purchases were made via the recommendation of a certain team.
